Form Filling Instructions (Important):

• Candidates must fill all details carefully before submission.
• No correction will be allowed after submission in Name, Roll Number, Registration Number, or any other detail.
• Kindly verify all information before final submission.
• Name Format: Your name must be written with the first letter capital and remaining letters small (e.g., Rahul Kumar).
• The same format must be followed for Father’s Name and Mother’s Name (each word starting with a capital letter followed by small letters).

Fee Policy: The Lifetime membership fee once paid is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Form Submission: After successful payment of the fee, candidates must submit the completed form along with all required details.

Photograph Requirement: Applicants must upload a recent, clear, and passport-size photograph. Blurred or inappropriate images may lead to rejection of the application.

Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to maintain discipline, respect, and professionalism during the program. Any misconduct will not be tolerated.

Reputation Clause: If any participant is found harming the reputation of NCC UDAAN or the associated college/institution in any manner (online or offline), strict action will be taken.

Termination Policy: NCC UDAAN reserves the full right to remove any participant at any time without prior notice if they violate rules, misconduct, or damage organizational reputation.

Attendance & Participation: Participants must maintain regular attendance and actively participate in all assigned activities, training sessions, and social service initiatives.

Certificate Issuance: Certificates will be provided only to those participants who successfully complete the required hours and activities as per program guidelines.

Confidentiality Clause: Participants must maintain confidentiality of all internal information and activities related to NCC UDAAN.

Compliance with Rules: Participants must follow all rules, guidelines, and instructions issued by NCC UDAAN and the associated institution from time to time, including those mentioned in the official course PDF.

Liability & Voluntary Participation Clause: Any incident, loss, injury, or issue arising during the program/event shall be considered my personal responsibility. I shall not claim any compensation, benefit, or support from NCC UDAAN, any organization, authority, or department in this regard. I further confirm that since this service is being rendered in the spirit of voluntarism, I will not make any demand of any kind in connection with this duty.

Decision Authority: The decision of NCC UDAAN management will be final and binding in all matters related to the program.
